This piece, Blue Velvet (2025), honors the late David Lynch. Inspired by the film and Bobby Vinton’s song, I drilled the opening notes (“She wore blue velvet…”) into velvet, lighting each with a red LED. It’s my way of paying tribute to his unique vision.
